Join us in shaping the future of home design. Planner 5D is looking for a data-driven Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our mobile and web platforms.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute growth strategies, optimise conversion funnels, and leverage data insights to enhance product performance.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of growth marketing, and experience in experimentation and A/B testing. You will:Develop and implement growth strategies to support marketing campaigns and increase conversion to paid subscriptionsOptimize marketing funnels, including onboarding, registration, conversion, and retention processesUtilize analytics to test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user behaviorCollaborate with the creative team and analysts to create effective advertising materialsWork closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Planner 5DRequirements:Experience in conversion optimization and sales funnel managementProficiency with analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Amplitude, GA4, and FirebaseOver 3 years of experience in mobile marketing and growth strategiesStrong knowledge of performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, ASA, and othersExperience with global products, particularly in large-scale marketsEnglish proficiency at a B2+ level for global market engagementPlease note that you should be prepared to work as a Contractor under B2B service agreement.
