In this role, you will work closely with ourProduct, Growth, Content, and Performance Marketingteams to refine our product positioning, enhance in-app communication, and driveactivation, engagement, and retentionstrategies. You will be responsible for crafting compellingvalue propositionstailored to our different user segments, translating market insights and data analysis into effective marketing strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing Strategy and ExecutionDefine and executego-to-market strategiesfor new features and productsDevelop clear anddifferentiated value propositionsfor both B2C and B2B audiencesCollaborate with the product team to enhancein-app messagingand positioningStructure and optimizeonboarding, activation, monetization and retentionflowsData Analysis and Market ResearchConductcompetitive benchmarksand analyze communication strategies used by industry competitorsAnalyzeuser funnel datato improve the customer journeyTrackkey engagement and churn KPIs, identifying areas for optimizationTest and iterate strategies based on data and user feedbackImplement all thediscovery processrequiredGrowth and Performance Marketing SupportWork with the Marketing team to developawarenessandacquisition strategiesCreate messaging and content forpaid campaigns(Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)Develop and optimizeemail marketing flowsfor activation, retention, and cross-sellingSupportSEO and ASOinitiatives to enhance organic product visibilityRequirements3-5 yearsof experience inProduct Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management or Performance MarketingStrong ability to analyzeproduct data and metricsto inform strategic decisionsExperience ingo-to-market strategy developmentand messagingFamiliarity withanalytics tools(Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)Ability to writepersuasive copyin both English and Italian, optimized for different channelsExperience withemail marketing platforms(e.
