With €14M in A-Series funding, we're scaling rapidly and expanding into new fields to achieve our vision of becoming the largest EdTech player in Europe within the next decade The Role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us enhance CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and SEO across the Futura EdTech family of products.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth , you'll play a critical role in optimizing every stage of our marketing funnel and implementing strategies that drive measurable results.

What You'll Do SEO : Analyse performance using tools like Semrush, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable strategies to improve organic traffic.

CRO : Monitor and optimize the post-acquisition funnel, deliver A/B tests, and develop data-driven solutions to boost conversion rates.

Landing Page Optimization : Design and execute experiments that improve engagement, drive conversions, and enhance user experience.

Newsletters : Partner with the content team to create newsletters that captivate audiences and maximize marketing impact.

What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech company or scale-up.

Familiarity with SEO and marketing automation tools (knowledge of HubSpot and Semrush is a strong plus).

Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Tech).

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.

Italian native speaker with at least B2 proficiency in English What We Offer Salary : RAL €25-35K.
