The RoleWe're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us enhance CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and SEO across the Futura EdTech family of products.

Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you'll play a critical role in optimizing every stage of our marketing funnel and implementing strategies that drive measurable results. What You'll DoSEO: Analyse performance using tools like Semrush, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable strategies to improve organic traffic. CRO: Monitor and optimize the post-acquisition funnel, deliver A/B tests, and develop data-driven solutions to boost conversion rates. Landing Page Optimization: Design and execute experiments that improve engagement, drive conversions, and enhance user experience. Newsletters: Partner with the content team to create newsletters that captivate audiences and maximize marketing impact. What We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech company or scale-up. Familiarity with SEO and marketing automation tools (knowledge of HubSpot and Semrush is a strong plus). Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Tech). A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn. Italian native speaker with at least B2 proficiency in English.
