The hotel includes an all-day dining restaurant, cafe & alfresco, a fitness centre, spa, swimming pool, entertainment zone, library lounge, art gallery, and business centre. Job Description Responsible for daily administration, meeting and greeting guests, handling queries and complaints, and booking rooms for visitors. Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk to consistently exceed customers' expectations. Motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork. Report any matters affecting the interests of the hotel to the Management. Provide effective support to the team to enable them to deliver efficient services. Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Hotel Management Graduates / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional Information Minimum of 0-1 years of experience or freshers. J-18808-Ljbffr
