SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.

**Posizione:**:GT and Compressors Installation Superintendent - Field Service Engineer.

Scope of the role: Leading the installation activities of rotating equipment as part of EPC organization and reporting to EPC Site Manager.

The person will be responsible for:

- Overseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting, commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment (BH Gas Turbine MS 5200 and Centrifugal Compressors BCL 404 and 303).

- Providing an installation strategy and all information required to prepare manpower and equipment mobilization plan in line with schedule of the project;

- Leading the teams during installation activities ensuring respect of all HSE, Quality and Technical requirements;

- GT&CC Superintendent will be the reference for all the activities related to installation, completion and commissioning of GT and CC Package;

- Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports;

- Ensuring compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to requirements.

- Performing internal training to teams, direct and indirect reports

- Coordinating and cooperating with OEM and Client Field Service Engineers

**Requisiti**:

- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of turn-key installation of rotating equipment and demonstrate especially technical awareness of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors and their auxiliaries

- Working experiences in Countries with very low winter temperature like: Russia, Kazakhstan and Canada.

- Energy or oil and gas projects

- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding

- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks

- Attention to quality aspects and high sense of responsibility on his own and team perfomances

- Excellent in verbal and written English.

Russian language is a plus.

- Former employee of OEM or EPC in same or similar role
