Through the passion for the brand and professionalism, the Back Office Specialist will be responsible for effectively and efficiently supporting all aspects of the store's administrative, analytical and accounting activities. Key AccountabilitiesProcess and report the daily banking and cash closure from the previous business day to the store management team and Finance officeCheck and ensure transactions' accuracyInform Finance/Accounting Teams on any discrepancyTake care of store deposits and reconciliationsUpdate "end of day" reports and monthly reports, ensuring balance between "open" and "closed" clientsMonitor and ensure the correct management of all store creditsSupervise distant sales and guarantee the orders forms are correctly filled inBe the store expert for Jasper and SAP systems for all accounting reports and activitiesTrain Cashiers on national and local legislations and company's accounting/financial policiesPrepare and update weekly/monthly sales staff KPIs reportsComplete any other administrative tasks as requiredSupport the store management in planning the team rotationKey RequirementsHighly committed to Gucci brand and strong motivation for a store-based roleStrong attention to details and accuracyWilling to work with people with patience, empathy and adaptabilityTeam player and collaborative approachExcellent organization and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindsetGood command of Microsoft Office package (knowledge of Jasper and SAP will be considered as a plus)Accounting educational background is preferredPlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
