Job Description: Description The candidate will contribute to maintain and enhance the suite of products and services offered by the Digital Asset & Photostudio Solutions Hub.

Responsibilities include managing user requests related to the platforms under his/her supervision, ensuring top-notch service quality, and designing and implementing solutions to boost user experience and performance.

Key Accountabilities Conduct functional analysis of business domains and related business processes or systems Manage relationships effectively with users and tech colleagues.

Define and document customer business functions and processes.

Identify the most appropriate solution to respond to business issues and needs, involving the relevant resources of the area.

Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.

Manage and ensure the success of the feasibility studies, according to the methodology.

Work closely with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality.

Requirements 2-3 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry (preferred) Previous experience as Tech Service Manager or Project Manager Fluent in both written and spoken English Ability to manage multiple activities in a multi-tasking environment Reactivity and flexibility in managing frequent changes Capacity to prioritize workload and tasks Strong interpersonal, communication, and relational skills Strong relationship-building attitude Task & solution-oriented Strong orientation to results Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
