Source and pitch story ideas (from briefing drafting to co-managing approvals and delivery) to help the Gucci internal community embrace our company culture. Implement initiatives to engage, encourage, and inspire all Gucci employees, using both traditional channels and our internal social media platform (Workplace by ). Conceptualize and deliver a variety of employee engagement interactive events (Business updates events, Leadership engagement moments, etc.

), blending digital and physical approaches. Manage editorial planning through internal platforms and channels. Collaborate with key internal partners to get activities done, balancing short

- and long-term priorities. Select benchmarks and identify qualitative and cultural insights that generate opportunity and value for the employee experience. Produce reports/dashboards that can highlight the most relevant data to improve the editorial strategy.
