Job Description:Description As the Global Press Office Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of press materials, samples, and other related items.
You will ensure that all materials are organized, in stock, and ready for global distribution, supporting the logistics and operational needs of the global press office.
Key Accountabilities: Maintain and manage inventory of press materials, ensuring that all items are in stock and ready for distribution.
Handle the packing and shipping of press materials, samples, and other items to media outlets, journalists, and event locations globally.
Keep the warehouse organized, ensuring that all press materials and samples are stored properly and can be easily accessed when needed.
Liaise with shipping companies, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Assist in developing and implementing logistical plans to support the activities of the global press office, including organizing transportation and scheduling.
Help monitor the logistics budget, ensuring that all warehouse and distribution activities are carried out within allocated resources.
Inspect press materials and samples to ensure they meet quality standards before distribution.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and received goods.
Key Requirements: Solution oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Familiarity with warehouse organizational tools for the management and registration of the samples would be considered a nice-to-have.
Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written.
Available for local and international travel depending on project requirements.
