Part of the indirect procurement team she/he will be the main point of contact for Procurement for EMEA region liaising with cross-functional internal clients and implementing qualitative, cost efficient and innovative procurement initiatives. Main procurement domains:

Be the primary point of contact of the regional internal clients to identify procurement projects to be managedLead the projects assigned being responsible of the result achievedCollaborate with the Corporate Category Partners/Buyers acquiring the methods, best practices and KPI and supporting them for the regional deployment of transversal projectsCollaborate with Finance team to ensure budget availability and to report total costof ownership after project completionBe aware of the company internal strategy and priorities regarding procurement activitiesContribute to the selection of the most accurate supplier portfolio in compliance with internal and external regulations and proceduresPerform competitive sourcing activities, negotiate and analyze scenarios to be proposed for final selectionDefine contracts with selected suppliers to ensure appropriate deliverables and risk avoidance, in accordance with legal departmentManage supplier performance evaluation through stakeholder feedback and performance-based metricsReport procurement performances and ensure appropriate business controls are in place to protect the companyChallenge internal and external stakeholdersKey RequirementsDegree in Economy / FinanceAt least 5 years of experience in Indirect procurement.
