We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our local team in Gucci Osteria Japan.

As a leader in the fine dining industry, we are committed to providing our guests with exceptional culinary experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing all aspects of food and beverage operations in a high-end restaurant.

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including sales development, operations check, purchasing, and staff management. Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and sanitation are maintained at all times. Develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs. Train and mentor the food and beverage team. Manage budgets and financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate special events and catering services. Resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations. Develop strong relationships with WW team following FF and Gucci Osteria WW guidelines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a food and beverage management role in a fine dining restaurant. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and purchasing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Eligible for a working Visa in Japan.
