GUEST COMMUNICATION INTERN

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Learn to anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems with the support of the team

- Support in maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests

- Support in assisting guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request

- Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs

- Get familiar in maintaining current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests

- Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner

- Accepts and delivers wake-up calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner

- Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Working computer skills and knowledge

- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
