Guest Communications Coordinator will support and lead at times in the development, maintenance and reporting of all data relating to guests attending The iLUKA Collective's global events. We will have roles starting throughout 2025.

These will be contract roles until March 2026. Key Responsibilities:First point of contact for guest queries and data changes, pre-event and on site by email, phone and face to faceUsing The iLUKA Collective bespoke database (Pulse), manage data and produce regular reports for clients, service providers and client teamsDevelop and manage professional working relationships with the client, service providers and Client teams to ensure clear and open lines of communicationCommunication with all relevant parties any data changes as necessaryProduction of guest correspondence, adhering to client & The iLUKA Collective guidelinesManage guest queries in a prompt and professional mannerManage the distribution of regular operational reportsAssist in the training of event time staffAdhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other event location Data RegulationsThis is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.
