As we look toward the 2025 season, we are searching for a Guest Experience Agent to join our dedicated team at Splendido.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Daily Operations Support**: Assist in managing front-of-house departments to uphold high service standards.

- **Guest Welcome**: Greet guests warmly, providing personalized attention throughout their stay.

- **Guest Engagement**: Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and special offers.

- **Feedback Analysis**: Help analyze guest feedback and develop strategies to enhance their experience.

- **VIP Coordination**: Support pre-arrival preparations and ensure VIP guests have an impeccable stay.

- **Relationship Building**: Foster meaningful relationships with guests and colleagues.

- **Promote Offerings**: Highlight the hotel's unique experiences and activities to guests.

- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication between departments to efficiently resolve guest requests.

- **Personalization**: Execute strategies to create unique and personalized guest experiences.

**Requirements**:

**Who You Are**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences.

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

- **Communication**: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).

- **Luxury Standards**: Passion and aptitude for luxury hospitality standards, proactive attitude, and a passion for exceptional guest service.

- Start date: April/May 2025 to End date: November 2025, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.

- Monthly gross salary around € 1. 680 + separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR

- Welfare incentive based on quality goals
