For our precious property and for the upcoming season we are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Agent to join our Guests Services Team.
**Job Summary**: Ensures and serves as our guest's first point of contact and manages all aspects concerning phone assistance, pre-arrival and departure procedures ensuring the brand standards are adhered to.
Guest Experience Agents will run the department duties with the highest level of service, in accordance with business requirements and operational standards.
We offer a 7/8 months contract with possibility to renew.
No accomodation is available.
**What will you be doing?
- Monitor service expectations and managing complaints at a first level
- Control the day to day operations in order to provide an efficient, corteus, effective and friendly service to all of our guests assuring that the product knowlede, policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Be fully conversant with all of the hotel's facilities, with up to date product knowledge and to be aware of all current promotional activities that are being offered throught the hotel
- Activetely participate in up-selling and cross-selling the Hotel facilities, promoting and suggesting improvements to the facilities and services we provide.
- Ensure that all guests' requests and queries are answered as soon as possible, being familiar at all time
- Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
- Provide information on hotel services and city facilities
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
- Up-sell rooms where possibile to maximize hotel revenue
**What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in guest experience in a five star hotel chain
- Fluent in English (it is required a certifies Level C1)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and availability to work in a dynamic team
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest and colleagues' needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
