We are searching for a Guest Experience Manager to join our dedicated team at Maximilian Hotel.

**What You'll Do**:
- Be at the heart of our operations, assisting in the seamless day-to-day management of all front-of-house departments, ensuring that our high standards are not just met, but exceeded.
- Welcome each guest with warmth and care, guiding them through their stay with personalized attention that goes above and beyond expectations.
- Analyze guest feedback and create innovative strategies to continually enhance their experience.
- Be the key contact for VIP arrivals, handling pre-arrival preparations and ensuring their stay is impeccable from start to finish.
- Collaborate with travel agents, offering guided tours of our legendary property, and ensure the satisfaction of our partners.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with both guests and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and mutual respect.
- Promote our hotel's unique offerings and activities, helping guests immerse themselves in the full experience, including Maximilian Brasserie.
- Ensure clear and constant communication between departments, resolving guest requests with grace and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
**Who You Are**:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Your leadership skills inspire those around you, and you're able to motivate teams to deliver their best.
- Your communication is flawless—both written and spoken, in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus).
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining grace under pressure while staying focused on the finer details
