As a Guest Relations Agent, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our guests throughout their stay.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Guest Engagement: Provide a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.

- Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.

- Personalized Service: Deliver personalized services, such as assisting with reservations, providing local recommendations, and ensuring special occasions are celebrated with a personal touch.

- Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

**Requirements**:

- Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a hospitality or guest-facing role, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional guest service.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Italian, with an ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve guest issues with tact and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities.

- Empathy: Display genuine empathy and attentiveness to guests' needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

- Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
