Guest Relations Manager
Summary
- Park Hyatt Milano is a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of the city, overlooking the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and a few steps from Piazza del Duomo and the Alla Scala opera house. _
**_Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for:_
- _Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay_
- _Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival_
- _Monitor daily bookings and ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in_
- _Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions_
- _Promptly address guests' requests, like in-room dining_
- _Actively listen to and resolve complaints_
- _Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services_
- _Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns_
- _Inform clients of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options_
- _Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered_
- _Liaise with Housekeeping team and Engineering to provide an overall comfortable guest experience_
- _Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress_
- _Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings_
- _Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see_
- _Establish friendly relationships with regular hotel clients_

**Qualifications**:
- _Proficiency_ _in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus_
- _Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills_
- _Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills_
- _Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance_
- _Ability to work flexible hours_
- _Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation_
