**GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER - NH COLLECTION MILANO PRESIDENT**:
We are recruiting a GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER (M/F) for NH COLLECTION MILANO PRESIDENT soon to be rebranded TIVOLI Hotels & Resorts
**ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
As Guest Relations Manager (M/F), you will report hierarchically to the Deputy Manager in his absence to the Hotel General Manager.
Coordinating a team of 4 people, the main responsibilities are:
To anticipate guest needs, and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other Minor properties.
To oversee the service and attitude with which our guest service is being delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard at all times.
Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their experience.
To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
Conduct daily shift briefings/meeting's and pass on all information to team-members.
Establish an effective connection with the hotel's operational teams, Front Office and FB Depts.
providing support and information necessary to ensure compliance with all services and products sold to customers;
Generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Minor Hotels products with customers;
Make business and commercial presentations, internally and externally, and be able to adapt them to the public/client;
Perform any other role-related duties as assigned.
