The Role of Guest Services Agent / Bell Attendant: The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests, assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure, and managing errands.

Other responsibilities will include ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room and assisting guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, providing our guests with the highest levels of service excellence.

Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have: Previous Front Office experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a team spirit approach.

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.

You must possess a valid driving licence and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.

Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
