Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have: • Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach.

• You must possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.

• Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
