About the Role: The Guest Services Agent/Doorman will be responsible for members transports, greeting members and guests, assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure, managing errands, parcels and shopping bags, assisting with the event set up, delivering grocery to the members and guest. Other responsibilities will be ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the entrance and luggage storage room and assisting members and guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding your personal recommendations and touches in order to provide our members/guests the highest levels of service excellence. Responsibilities: Previous experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Team spirit approach Qualifications: You must possess a valid driving license and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
