Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team in Milan.

Please note that the hours for this role are 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

**About the role

As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing "best in class" service while assuring compliance with all Firm policies and procedures.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Directing telephone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff, as well as recording messages for recipients

- Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, determining the nature of their business, and providing appropriate information

- Scheduling conference rooms and visitor offices

- Ensuring each room is prepared to the customer's specification, as well as remaining available throughout the event for any added assistance

**About you

We'd love to hear from you if you:

- Are fluent in English and Italian

- Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm

- Consistently demonstrate a solution-oriented attitude, resourcefulness and effective problem solving
