Ha - National Key Account Manager
Position Summary
Job Purpose
To improve HA sales by managing assigned Retail customers, reaching established sales and market share targets for the relevant product category.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales of HA products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers. - Build and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and market share targets. - Design and propose sales campaigns and define the appropriate distribution strategy across the channel, providing follow up and feedback related to any sales lead. - Coordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) on the field, directly manage the Key customers at national central level. - Close deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory. - Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation. - Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts. - Engage closely with Division's Product and Trade Marketing / Operations, and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure highest levels of service for named customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor/Master degree with Economics background.
Professional Background: 1-2 years' experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO).
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
Travel required 60% domestic transfers. International transfers may occur
Other: strong analytical, proactive, flexible mindset.
