What you will do
In order to support the fast development of Haier brand, the Haier Brand Manager will take a role in Haier brand strategy deployment granting a coherence among the different business sectors and creating assets responding both to Haier brand strategy & identity as well as countries specific requests.
She or he will be responsible for making sure that the brand strategies and brand growth and expansion is secured by the ATL and BTL assets created for all the different occasions and product launches.
The brand management includes supporting managing the tangible and intangible characteristics of Haier and the tactics related to go-to-market, buying journey & new product or service launches in cross-functional environments.
Brand manager is responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across all assets.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager She/He will:
- Interact with the different product lines to define the products launch priorities, brand assets and timing and create a strong relationship with them in order to grant brand message coherence and facilitate cross business opportunities. - Facilitate the deployment of the creative concepts and develop brand communication campaign (ATL) and integrate it with TTL (Through the Line). - Prepare brief to agencies that makes clear the product key features and consumer benefits as well as reason to believe. - Work closely with the agencies in order to make sure the launch plan is maintained and up to date.
Built a strong relationship with the agency in such a way to create an intercultural exchange of ideas. - Manage different priorities all stakeholder. - Have a cross functional pivot role in order to support overseeing the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to in-store, including promotional activities and post-sales activities. - Interact with the countries in order to support the creation of a reliable relationship.
What you need to succeed
Must Have: Brand Management knowledge, Demonstrated ability to interact in a proactive manner with agencies as well as with internal and international counterparts.
Nice to Have: Experience in achieving results in a very dynamic environment and to deliver tactical and operational levels yet maintaining an overall strategic view across different business sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field.
Professional Experience: 3/4 years as brand professional experience.
Languages: Fluent in English - written & verbal
Soft skills: Team spirit, relentless learner, self-motivation
