Establish the consumer Journey and drive the performance in and outside marketing team.
Support consumers in on boarding, ongoing use, improving the consumer experience and drive answer needs, increasing the Brand Awareness
Drive the strategy and follow-up and measure performance of Customer satisfaction to increase it.
**Responsibilities**:
- Planning, implementing, optimizing and analysing post communication marketing activities, together with owner of local sales and marketing team and HQ organizations
- Activation of omnichannel approach to support in a better way the interaction with end-user.
- Drive awareness of Brand to reach sales target.
- To be the owner of experience part of new product launches (FP), set up process and coordinate the communication launch pack
- Definition of the annual Marketing Plan and budget management for the projects in scope
Activities:
- Coordinate the definition and the realization of the promotional materials ATL/BTL for products.
(video, Catalogues, Folder, POP)
- Manage the in store online and offline visibility project
- Manage the activities of listening of consumer's voice in order to measure the customer Satisfaction and coordinate action plans to support the customer loyalty.
- Manage the engagement activities of customers (idea, brief to agency, execution and monitor of results) with Adv campaign, promo, DEM, partnership.
- In charge to define and coordinate all the activities of content management (video, Q&A, images)
- Work close to Central marketing bringing relevant insights and data to drive decision making to further enhance journey and performance.
- Check and authorize all costs related to BTL/ATL
What you need to succeed

- Marketing or Business Degree
- Strong experience in Marketing and Communication management in structured Companies
- English, Italian
- Proactivity and excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willing to work flexibly to ensure that business objectives are met
- Problem solving and process oriented
- People and time management
- Supervision and leadership
