What would you be dealing with? Optimization of the design of PCBsScouting of alternative suppliers/components, hardware selection, continuous research of best in class and innovative solutionsWriting technical specifications and drawingsDesign and debugging of firmware (also through the support of external consultants)Testing and approval, leading communication with external certification bodies and laboratoriesAssurance of conformity of products to existing regulations and applicable normsLeading new development projects, interacting with colleagues from the Group from all over the worldParticipating in meetings with customers, to understand needs and find ways to serve them betterSupport our own operations in automating processes and testing equipmentDesired Background/competences Engineering background in Electronics3-5 years of experienceKnowledge of communication protocols, SPICE, OrCAD/Eagle, programmingExperience with firmware development strongly preferredWorking with SolidWorks and Inventor is a plusFluent in English and Italian, or willing to learnDesired Attitude Hands on approachBelieves that there is always a better wayCurious and experimental thinkingNever gives upCollaborativePromoter of a culture of sharing and learningAre you thrilled by the opportunity, but you feel you do not meet all the criteria above?
