The role includes training phases alongside production technicians (device assembly and preparation) to gain familiarity with the company's hardware products. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software? Collaborate with the technical team to ensure high-quality support service? Manage support tickets (RMA) and ensure optimal resolution times? Contribute to team documentation and internal knowledge-sharing? Maintain a professional and courteous approach towards clients? Qualifications Fluent in English? Technical expertise in Hardware? Familiarity with Microsoft environments (mainly WIN 10/11) and Linux (primarily Ubuntu) ? Passion for technical support and problem-solving? Ability to work effectively in a team? Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks? Bachelor degree or high school diploma in IT or a technical field?
