Main Responsibilities

- Definition of Hardware Technical Specifications

- Planning and follow-up of activities during all the phases of Hardware development and life-cycle in compliance with programme and product requirements

- Project scheduling and report writing in accordance with the Company internal rules, standards and deadlines

- Hardware requirements analysis, design, test, integration and validation activities

- Performing schematic design and components selection, setting up board constraints and work closely with Mechanical Designer and PCB Designer

Technical Requirements

- Experience in analog and digital circuit design with DC/DC converter, PLD/FPGAs, Memory and ADCs/DACs

- Experience in common EDA tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition Designer or Altium Designer

- Good knowledge of main bus and electrical standards / protocols for digital communication (e. g.

UART, High Speed Serdes, RS485/422, Arinc, I2C, SPI, PCIe, VME, OpenVPX)

- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation (e. g.

Oscilloscope, Logic State Analizer / Pattern Generator, Signal Generator, Power Meter, VNA) and measurement theory for the verification of stand-alone electronic boards and devices

- Experience in designing with Intel/Xilinx FPGAs is a plus

Education

Technical Diploma in Electronics, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering
