Descrizione Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated HARDWARE-FIRMWARE ELECTRONIC DESIGNER who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.

The position is based in Naples - IT.

Accountabilities

The HARDWARE-FIRMWARE ELECTRONIC DESIGNER will handle the entire product development cycle: from the specification phase to hardware design, taking care of all industrialization and testing issues in compliance with industry regulations.

Required Skills/Knowledge

Passion for electronics.

Knowledge of mixed electronic circuits with operational amplifiers, comparators, BJT, MOSFET, digital components etc.

Familiarity with the use of at least one analog simulation tool.

Familiarity with the use of at least one schematic entry tool.

Familiarity with the use of at least one PCB design tool.

Willingness to travel.

Familiarity with basic laboratory instrumentation (power supplies, multimeter, oscilloscope, signal generators, etc.

).

Knowledge of digital circuit design principles.

Microcontroller programming.

FPGA design using VHDL language.

Education/Qualifications

Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.

3 to 5 years of Experience in electronic design according to EN50155 standard.

Languages

Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).
