Posizione**:

The resource will be autonomous managing the assigned projects, systematically interfacing with the customers, suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the process.

**Main tasks**:

- Initiate, Plan, execute, supervise and roundup assigned projects;

- Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project within time/cost/quality constraints;

- Manage the informations' flow from the project management to the team;

- Manage all project phases for hardware and mechanical design till start of production;

- Manage project budget and cash flow;

- Make previsions and estimates the progress of the project;

- Collect and organize project documentation;

- Manage all project risks in advance;

- Track project KPIs;

- Prepare presentations, monitor and report activities;

- Report effectively to the Senior Management project updates, issues and milestones achievement;

- Review and summarize customers and suppliers contracts;

- Manage suppliers.

**Requisiti**:

- Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Energy/Electrical/Mechanical/Managment);

- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;

- Strongly interested in growing by testing himself/herself with increasingly complex projects;

- Experience in project management matter starting from origination and design phases;

- Knowledge on PCBA and electronics Bill of Materials, plastic parts and metallic moulds.

- Goal oriented;

- Good communication skills;

- Open to understand assigned project within the Company goal and mission;

- Team worker;

- Proactive and motivated;

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English;

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Milan based;

**Considered as plus;

- Previous experiences in Automotive field

- Other European language among French, German or Spanish;

- Knowledge of project management tools, for example Microsoft Project, Jira, Project Objects or similar;

- Knowledge of PMP, Prince2 and/or Agile Methodologies.
