Develop and execute the procurement strategy for category including cost reduction initiative Manage end to end strategic sourcing process for all areas of procurement, with a primary focus on Software, Professional & Managed Services, Infrastructure and Telecommunication Drive implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and digital Procurement (Ariba) of indirect procurement in teams and at cross-functional interfaces.

Buildingand leading effective strategic relationships with key demand carriers, e. G.

Chief Information Office, Chief Digital Office Develop and train team competencies and coordinate procurement team performance according to personal development targets Improve Supplier Agreements and Supplier Relationship Management in scope of but not limited to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR) What we look for:

Completed master degree in a technical discipline or comparable 10 years of related procurement experience combined with 3 years in managerial responsibility Proven Procurement experience in SW and Licenses is mandatory with good understanding of other indirect categories Experience in development and implementation of strategic procurement processes Expertise in supplier relationship management, contracting and early supplier involvement Strong acumen of corporate business norms and requirements with a broad understanding of procurement activities along with the ability to adapt quickly to new topics and responsibilities Very good command of English language (C1 CEFR), fluent command of German language (B2 CEFR) Our Benefits:
