The role of HealthCare Compliance (HCC) is to ensure an ethical corporate culture and to demonstrate it via the implementation and management of the Compliance Program based on 3 pillars: Prevent / Detect / Correct.
The Compliance Program is essential in risk management and mitigation, to protect the company and its employees.
The role of the HCC Analytics & Trends Lead is important to achieve the objective of the HCC Team, and will support the HCC Senior Manager Operational Excellence in managing and developing data to support the demonstration of the effectiveness of the Compliance Program.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Provide metrics at Country level to support the risk assessment & mitigation activities
- Data analytics
- Monitoring of identifies activities (EMEA and local)
- Implementation processes to measure efficacy of the HCC program locally (measure of the impact of activities on behaviors and alignment with business strategy).
- Trends creation to anticipate behaviors and assess level of risks on specific Therapeutic Area or individuals.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Master +5 or equivalent
- Finance / Business School /Analytics
- fluent in Italian language
- Experiences and skills:
- Data Savy: Generate data, develop dashboards, analyze data to support assessment and trends,
- Make complex concepts simple,
- Know how to share and present ideas and data in suitable way (based on audience) and propose actions.
- Proactivity: anticipate needs
- Simplification of processes: ability to create/ simplify/ automate processes to optimize work.
