Head Asset Lifecycle Management And Reliability Rlt
The Head ALCM and Reliability RLT is responsible maximizing up time of critical RLT equipment and creating a reliability oriented asset management culture in significantly growing business platform.
**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure proper early asset management in project phases.
- Drive innovation with new technologies in the platform.
- Implement transformative global reliability programs focusing maximizing equipment availability (OAE programs, root cause analyzes, bottleneck analyzes, etc).
- Implement tools, programs, for tracking / comparing site compliance and efficiency levels
- Work closely with site engineering heads and site maintenance leads for harmonized organizational structure and vendor integration / involvement levels.
- Ensure each site has a facilities and equipment recapitalization plan.
- Support / Lead, site, process or equipment improvement programs when needed.
- Lead global service level agreement initiatives based on site/asset and process criticality.
- Support smooth transition from legacy maintenance management systems to company standards.
- Support RLT derisking process initiatives.

**Minimum requirements
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- +10 years of maintenance experience in aviation, nuclear power, petroleum or similar industries
- Demonstrated Leadership abilities leading a team aligned around business/technology/project processes in a geographically diverse business environment.
- Well-developed communication skills, able to present comfortably to Senior Management and to Technical experts.
- Advanced HSE and GxP/QA knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
Italian proficiency ideal.
- Willing to travel worldwide 40-50% of the time.
Work location: Colleretto Giacosa (hybrid working possible).
