You'll know exactly who needs what and when, you'll remember their names and you'll use your creativity to deliver a fantastic bar experience every time. In your role as Head Bartender, you'll discuss and agree on some key objectives with your line manager.

You'll also take responsibility for your own development, embracing training opportunities that we offer, while learning from any challenges and mistakes along the way. How you do it:You'll maintain the highest standard of service, ensuring both you and your team are compliant with our restaurant policies, brand standards, and performance expectations. You'll supervise the bar team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge. You'll stay informed about our food, drinks, and amenities, sharing that knowledge with your team and guests. You'll oversee bar inventory, ensuring it is well-stocked and notifying the appropriate team members when supplies are low. You'll lead regular team meetings and training sessions to foster a collaborative and high-performing bar environment. You'll attend any meetings or training courses required by the Head of Department.
