**About Us**:

YellowSquare is quickly expanding and will soon open new structures in Milan and Florence.

**Tasks**:

Preparation of drinks and cocktails.

A broad knowledge of the recipes of the different drinks is important for this role.

The Head Bartender helps to take orders and serve customers, especially during work shifts, and to stock the bar as needed.

The Head Bartender oversees the management of the bar, making sure that complaints and disturbances are treated in a polite manner.

They also make sure the bar is always clean and tidy, even during peak periods.

The inventory must be checked regularly and the Head Bartender is responsible for ordering the stock when it is low and supervising deliveries to ensure that everything is delivered and stored correctly.

The Head Bartender takes care of some administrative tasks of managing the bar and the customer-centered part, from shift planning, updating menus, training and staff management, which involves some office work.

Customer complaints or questions are addressed to the Head Bartender to handle them professionally.

The Head Bartender is responsible for ensuring that all customers have a good experience inside the bar, as well as solving problems among the staff.
