Job DescriptionWe're on the lookout for a Head Mixologist to shake things up as part of our pre-opening team.

You'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit.

Your leadership, creativity behind the bar, and drive to excellence are what make our guests keep coming back for more. What you'll do…Provide clear guidance and direction to the bar team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Lead by example in crafting innovative and high-quality cocktails that align with our brand and what our customers love. Train bartenders on our unique recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation standards to ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation. Team up with management to develop and update the cocktail menu, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and current beverage trends. Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure our drinks and food are a match made in heaven. Conduct regular inspections of the bar area and equipment to ensure everything's running smoothly. Oversee cash handling procedures, register reconciliation, keeping our records spot on. QualificationsPrevious experience as Head Bartender with strong spirits knowledge. A natural people person – you're confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests. You're looking for a place where you can be you. You're humble and open to ideas.
