A Head Beauty Therapist is responsible for managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve sales revenue targets.

**What will I be doing?

As a Head Beauty Therapist, you are responsible for managing the beauty therapist team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A Head Beauty Therapist will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer feedback.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- To be responsible for the delivery of beauty services/treatments, as well as leading and contributing to research projects, and providing knowledge and insight to product development projects

- To lead whole-staff training and be an ambassador for the Rome Cavalieri brand and vision

- To liaise professionally with colleagues and external professionals as appropriate

- To ensure that the client receives the highest standard of spa treatment (massages, waxing, pedicure, manicure, body treatments and facials)

- To deal with guests requests and queries in a polite and friendly manner

- To ensure that clients are comfortable and at ease with the facilities that the spa offers

- Manage the treatment room standards (constantly checking to ensure that they are being maintained to the prescribed hygiene standards, maintaining health and safety)

- Assist the Spa Manager in the daily operations of the Spa i. e.

inventory of professional products, cleanliness of all areas, linen control

- Ensure proficiency in all treatments for all the TM

- Knowledge of the equipment and all products used

- Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations

**What are we looking for?

A Head Beauty Therapist serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Have 5-6 year experience in a similar environment and role/position.

- Have a background in the retail or beauty industry.

- Are up to date with industry's health and well-being trends.

- Offer excellent customer service.

- Certifications and licensing of their skills by government accredited facility.

Example: certified as massage therapist or aesthetician.

- Any additional certifications for modalities as Thai, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Reiki, Aromatherapy, etc.

are welcomed.

- Native language plus conversational English.

- Computer skills a plus

- Positive attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

- Ability to work on your own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

- Experience managing own diary

- Experience supervising a beauty therapist team
