**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

- Plan and develop creative and diverse menus, focusing on international and Mediterranean cuisine (French, Italian, Spanish, etc.

- Manage and maintain food cost controls while upholding budgetary standards.

- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic kitchen team to deliver excellence.

- Execute seamless service of menus, ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards to comply with regulations.
