Your tasks will include:
- Reporting to the Regional Director
- Accountability for the financial performance of the department business development Italy
- Direct Project Financing, contact person for commercial questions in project development
- Take over Project Director role during structuring and realisation phase from the late development stage to the financing and sale of the power plants
- Responsible for the acquisition of project rights and the conclusion of new development partnerships
- Accomplish the business planning and supervise the development budget
Your Profile:
- High calibre operator - degree educated or similar by
- experience
- Strong leadership experience, inspiring personality
- Extensive acquisition, sales, and financing experience with
- renewables / real estate / infrastructure projects
- Good knowledge of the Italian market for renewable energies and desirably existing network of developers and consultants
- Highly commercial, contractually literate, financially savvy
- Comfortable in fast paced, high growth environment in the solar branch
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Implementing corporate governance and best practices
