Birn & Partners Italy is currently looking for **Headhunters / Executive Consultants*/ Senior HR Consultants** to develop our position in Italy (focus on Lombardia and Piemonte)*.

**Your role. . .

We are busy and want to develop our position in Italy in order to give our customers the best possible solution both globally and locally.

As Executive Management Consultant, your assignments are to advise and sell a wide range of concepts within executive search and consulting.

You will be a part of an International team with offices in Copenhagen, Odense, Vejle (HQ), Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Riga, Tallinn, London, Hamburg andTorino.

**About you. . .

You are strong in building and developing personal contactsand have a high degree of acquisition and counselling experience.

This experience may come from search/consulting or from amanagement background, which you wish to actively make use of as a consultant.

It is essential you have a strong business profile and -understanding as well as insight in organisations regarding dynamics -including sensitive areas, culture and processes.

You must be able tobuild up a customer portfolio and create results alone and with colleagues.

In addition, following is expected:

Sales experience;

Big drive and focus on results;

Likeability

- trustworthy

- empathic;

Project Management experience;

Strong communication skills oral/writing;

C-level experience;

Fluent in English;

Location: Lombardia or Piemonte.
