Your Tasks**:

- You are, together with our Berlin-based Country Manager, responsible for the development and establishment of DrSmile's partner network and management of existing accounts in Italy

- You are the main point of contact for our Italian partners and local business unit and ensure the building of sustainable team structures, the daily motivation and encouragement of teams, the continuous performance monitoring and evaluation of our employees

- You adapt our partner expansion to country-specific conditions, national regulations, cultural differences, end-consumer needs and create the appropriate reports to pass on to Berlin and the country management

- You monitor the performance of our main consumer acquisition KPIs, ensure the creation of appropriate work packages in response to recent developments, and ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of such

- You recruit and train your own team with an emphasis on the functions of B2B Sales, Area Management, Expansion, and Education

**Your Skills**:

- You have at least 6+ years of experience working in a startup/scaleup (preferably international expansion/ sales/ business development)

- You have proven leadership experiences and can lead, motivate, and further build high potentials

- You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to concisely present your ideas in front of stakeholders

- You retain very strong analytical skills and can easily comprehend and model complex business processes

- You own your topics and responsibilities end-to-end
