Your Tasks : - You are responsible for our Italian Sales and Presales Team. - You provide management oversight to our Sales and Presales Managers to drive all pertinent issues related to sales strategy and goal attainment. - You supervise the teams performance and take care of the daily monitoring of our KPIs. - You plan and direct activities including planning and implementing forecasts, relationship development and customer satisfaction. - Together with the Country Manager Italy, you establish short-term and long-term goals and quotas in line with corporate objectives. - You are a Feel Good Manager and you have the right handling to motivate your team and lead them to a solution-solving attitude. Your Skills : - You have completed studies in the field of Economics, Sales, Business Administration or similar and gained several years of experience working in a startup/scaleup (preferably international expansion/sales/business development) - as a Head of Sales or on a similar level. - You have proven leadership experiences and can lead, motivate, and further build high potentials. - You have a proven track record of sales achievement, driving growth and results and the ability to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals. - You possess excellent communication skills as well as very strong analytical skills and the ability to concisely present your ideas in front of stakeholders. - You have a passion for winning - you never give up in the face of resistance or setbacks with an insatiable curiosity for learning. - You are fluent in Italian and English.
