Head Of Adoption & Change
Department: Strategy & Operations Reports to: Strategy & Operations Director Direct Reports: Adoption and Change Management Consultants and Trainers Job Summary: As Head of Adoption and Change , you will be the leader and innovator of Digital Attitude consultancy strategy.
Your main responsibility will be to guide the change and adoption consultants' and trainers' teams in delivering projects with solid methodologies and creative solutions that meet market needs and satisfy our customers.
You will also contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic goals and financial KPIs such as EBITDA - profitability, project cost control in cooperation with the administration and finance team, and business expansion in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
The person in this role will be responsible for harmonizing the relationship between technology and users, ensuring that changes are sustainable over time and that users are supported throughout the entire adoption process.
Leadership and Team Management: lead and support the team of adoption and change consultants and trainers, ensuring the alignment with company goals and making sure they have the resources needed to perform effectively.
Create and update project roadmap that balances immediate objectives with long-term vision.
Development and Implementation of Adoption Strategies: create and implement adoption strategies for various tools and technologies, such as Copilot and other M365 and AI tools, ensuring users are adequately trained and supported throughout the end-to-end process.
Training and Support : plan and coordinate targeted training sessions, alternating theory and practice, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the tools by users.
Monitoring and Measuring Success: use data and users' feedback to measure the effectiveness of adoption.

Ensure that data and feedback are collected and analyzed to evaluate the correct adoption of the tools.
Project Management: coordinate all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and objectives are met.
Communication and Collaboration : maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are managed and issues are resolved promptly.
Build strong partnerships with tech, data, creative, marketing, sales, and administration teams to ensure coherent and effective project development and common go-to-market strategies.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities to improve adoption and change processes, proposing new ideas and solutions to optimize the effectiveness of the strategies implemented.
Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Required experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a consultancy firm or structured company in another industry, with a track record of successful change management and/or tech adoption projects.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

Role skills: Project Management : Ability to independently manage projects, both internal and for clients.
This includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and objectives are met.
Design and Delivery of Training: Ability to design specific training paths based on client needs and conduct training sessions, including workshops and presentations Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and feedback to measure the success of adoption strategies and make continuous improvements.
This includes using analysis tools and dashboards to monitor adoption Client Relationship Management: Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients oriented towards achieving and satisfying project goals.
