**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
The Head of Arrivals & Departures (AND) is responsible for the definition and implementation of the service, from its concept through to the operational delivery during the Games.
Scope of the Arrivals & Departures functional area is designing and implementing a comprehensive service for the Games stakeholders, from their arrival on the national territory to their accommodation or working location and back.
These operations are essential for the success of the Olympic and Paralympic Games as they represent the first and last experience of each part involved in the Games.
- Strategically plan services and operations across the Games theatre according to IOC, IPC, and OCOG requirements to meet the stakeholders' expectations;
- Engage and manage relationships with key external delivery partners such as airport operators, train stations, and relevant national authorities involved in the process;
- Liaise with all Games stakeholders to capture needs, understand arrival and departure patterns, and define processes and proper service levels accordingly;
- Provide guidelines to Transport and Logistics functional areas and coordinate their AND-related activities during both planning and delivery phases;
- Integrate planning with relevant Games Services functional areas as well as Security and client-owner functional areas;
- Integrate planning with the relevant venue and event teams to guarantee the delivery of services;
- Coordinate the development of the Arrivals & Departures systems (ADS and call-centre);
- Hire, manage, and train the AND team;
- Define and manage the functional budget;
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in rilevant fields;
- 10-15 years in planning and delivering customer related services;
- International work experience;
- Experience at Olympic/Paralympic Games or other major sporting events;
- English (full work proficiency);
- MS Office, ADS systems and database management.
