**About the role

You will be a community leader, working with a newly-created team to increase place value for the people using the MIND site, enhancing experience through the provision of traditional and innovative services, as well as the regular maintenance of all areas not directly under control of buildings/construction sites.

**Key Accountabilities

- **Estate Management**: Implement Common Estate Agreements with key stakeholders at MIND and ramp-up operativity of MIND Estate Management Company

- **Estate Planning**:Engage with Local authorities to deliver planning tools associated with outdoor spaces (ie.

Convenzione Parco Tematico, . . ).

Obtain _convenzioni _with local authorities to operate parks and open areas

- **Estate operations **.

Manage the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft services incl.

mobility and security; coordinate a team actioning any request of maintenance pertaining the site.

Ensure site service providers meet SLA

- **Facility mgmt.

services on 2 office buildings + a marketing suite.

Maximize retention of tenants and subsequent deployment in other assets

- **Event Management **.

Plan and deploy an agenda of events for the community and to attract external people.

Generate Event fees and royalties

- **Physical Activation **.

Design and commission temporary and permanent features outside buildings.

Generate a lively, inclusive and safe environment for tenants and externals

- **New Services **.

Scout, select and deploy B2B and B2C services aligning with tenant's need.

Ensure services can be enjoyed on a multi-channel experience (web, app, helpdesk, etc. ).

Generate Royalties from services; maximize people satisfaction

- **Digital site management **.

Identify data sources from site activities and tools to maximize its relevance for the community and for Lendlease, in compliance with GDPR and data policies.

Ensure MIND is a "best practice" in urban data mgmt.

Generate Royalties from data.

Progress Lendlease's knowledge on topic.

Support (as client) progression of Data Exchange Marketplace, a prototype tool allowing secure exchange of business-related data among site tenants

- **Tenant value creation **.

Engage with existing tenants to ensure a smooth arrival on site, and subsequently to understand and respond to new needs.

Ensure that MIND app is updated and continues to serve tenants.

Expand tenant "wallet", additional to rent.

Generate new leasing leads.

**Skills, knowledge & experience

This role requires a combination of technical/analytical expertise in the field of asset management, with the willingness to operate and thrive in the context of a growing city district.

As such, good communication at senior level within and outside the organization is key, alongside with an experience in evaluating and recommending new business opportunities to management and experience of organising and delivering large scale events.
