As the "Guardian of Resolution, " the Head of Claims leads the charge in ensuring seamless and fair solutions, turning setbacks into stepping stones.
You will: Build the claims department, setting strategic goals, objectives, and performance targets.
Develop and implement claims processes that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Build a robust partners network and foster cooperative relationships with external partners to drive mutual growth and innovation.
Foster a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that the claims process delivers outstanding customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance claims automation, digital solutions, and data analytics.
Monitor claims metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Drive innovation in claims handling, implementing new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes.
Coach, mentor, and develop claims staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and legal teams to manage complex claims cases.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field.
3+ years experience in claims management within the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience with MS Office.
Fluent Estonian, excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
