You are a graduate from a leading business or engineering universities.
- 7/10 years of experience in managing teams - You have excellent negotiation skills and influence capabilities.
- You have a strong analytical and market segment research skills.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication.
- You are organized, rigorous and able to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines.
- You must be fluent in Italian and English.

He/she will work with the product development teams to prioritize Amazon Business features suitable for our customers.
He/she will put in place processes for sharing experience and managing performance via quantified indicators in order to deliver the expected results.
As the leader of Amazon Business, he/she will also have to participate in the development of the long-term Amazon Business strategy.
Key job responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a growing team.
- Design and implement a multi-year overall strategy to grow the Private Customers segment in Italy
- Be the overall responsible for the P&L of the segment
- Master in detail the performance levers, the strategic relationship between the team's activity and the results (input and output).
- Constantly raise the quality of execution, the processes put in place and the achievement of objectives
- Work in partnership with Amazon Retail, with Product Manager teams, and various Amazon functions to share customer feedback and propose improvements.
- Present the results in the context of weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
- Manage strategic panEU and cross-functional projects driving growth and/or improving bottom line
A day in the life
In the everyday life of a head of Commercial customer, the leader will audit performance of the team, understanding areas of opportunity and sharing key messages with the team.
They will also conduct interviews and one on one meetings with the team to train them and develop their career.
and also they will have a meeting with their Europe peers to discuss the strategic plan for next year and decide which features will be a priority for our customers.
