We are looking for a Head of Commercial Development Western Europe, who will lead a team responsible for the commercial performance of FlixBus in Western Europe. This is a critical role within FlixBus, with high impact and high visibility, with a direct influence on our core business.

Your Tasks - Paint the world greenYour tasks would include:

Leading a team of Commercial Development Managers, and actively taking care of their personal and professional developmentEnabling your team members to deliver their best possible work by setting clear targets, guiding them, and removing all the impediments they may faceWorking on global projects to design and implement processes and tools for the whole Commercial Development organizationTogether with your team, you will be responsible for:

Driving holistic commercial market strategy and identifying levers for further growth in Western Europe (in line with our global commercial strategy)Being the key interface for Managing Directors in Western Europe to align on and implement commercial priorities across our market portfolioTranslating the strategy of each Western Europe market into concrete commercial actions to generate additional revenues and profits (in collaboration with M&S, E-commerce, Revenue Management/Pricing, Network Planning stakeholders)Your Profile - Ready to hop on board- Master's degree from a top university in Business Administration, Economics, or related field of study

- Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with a caring and feedback-oriented leadership style

- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen

- With prior experience of 4+ years in a top-tier consulting firm or within a fast-paced e-commerce or travel organization

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus
